ZADDY connects men with independent, licensed healthcare providers. Clinical and telehealth services are delivered by those providers and facilitated through our telehealth partner, OpenLoop Health, Inc., and its affiliated medical groups. When you receive care from a licensed provider through ZADDY, the provider and our telehealth partner act as your covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). You have the right to access and request corrections to your medical record, request confidential communications, ask us to limit certain uses and disclosures, receive an accounting of disclosures, and file a complaint without fear of retaliation.
