Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: June 13, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how ZADDY (“ZADDY,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds for products and services purchased through www.zaddyproducts.com. It is part of our Terms of Use. Because we work with licensed providers and pharmacies to dispense prescription products, some rules below are required by federal and state law.
When Your Subscription Begins
Your subscription and billing cycle begin when you submit your medical intake and your first payment is processed. Submitting your intake authorizes us to charge your payment method for the evaluation and, where a provider determines treatment is appropriate, for your selected plan on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Evaluation Fee & Provider Decisions
If, after reviewing your intake, a licensed provider determines that treatment is not appropriate or safe for you, you will not be charged for medication, and any amount collected for a product that is not dispensed will be refunded in full. The provider’s clinical evaluation itself is a service that is rendered when your intake is reviewed.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next cycle, you must cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled billing date. Cancellations requested less than 72 hours before a billing date may not take effect until the following cycle.
- To cancel, email ZADDYHealth@zaddy.io or manage your subscription from your account.
- Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed.
Refund Eligibility
Whether a charge can be refunded depends on where your order is in the fulfillment process:
- Medication not yet ordered. If you cancel before your prescription has been sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment, you are eligible for a refund of that cycle’s medication charge.
- Medication already ordered or shipped. Once a prescription has been processed by the pharmacy, federal and state law prohibit the return, reuse, or resale of dispensed medication. For this reason, charges for medication that has already been ordered or shipped are non-refundable.
Bundles & Multi-Month Plans
If you purchased a discounted bundle or multi-month plan and cancel partway through, any refund for the unused, unshipped portion will be calculated by removing the bundle discount and charging the regular per-unit price for the products already dispensed to you. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ZADDYHealth@zaddy.io with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Because medications cannot be returned, please do not ship products back unless we specifically instruct you to.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback for a valid, delivered order may result in suspension of your account and may delay any legitimate refund while the dispute is reviewed.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page, and the “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
